Ronstan is seeking a commercially astute and globally-minded Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team at a pivotal time in their growth journey.

Based in Braeside, Melbourne, this is a rare opportunity to shape financial strategy for a truly global organisation. The CFO will lead a high-performing finance and IT team while overseeing compliance, reporting, taxation, and risk across multiple jurisdictions.

As Ronstan continues to evolve, this role will play a key part in systems transformation, strategic planning, and international collaboration with the Wichard Group.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Drive the company’s global financial strategy and provide commercial insight to the executive team.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, group reporting, taxation, and international transfer pricing compliance.
Team Leadership: Lead a capable team across finance and IT, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and performance.
International Oversight: Support operations in Denmark, Indonesia, and the US while aligning reporting and systems with French parent company Wichard Group.
Systems & Process Improvement: Enhance internal reporting systems, financial controls, and business processes to support ongoing growth.
Risk & Compliance: Manage treasury, insurance, FX exposure, and ensure legal/statutory compliance across the group.
Executive Collaboration: Contribute to board-level strategy discussions and serve as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and wider leadership team.
